Every order is packed by hand and shipped from our workshop in the USA. Shipping costs and estimated delivery dates appear at checkout before you pay, and you’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
- In-stock skincare usually ships within a few business days.
- Pet memorials are made to order. We confirm your ship date when we send your nameplate proof.
- Need it by a date? Add a note at checkout and we’ll tell you right away if we can make it.
Returns
Because skincare is personal, we can’t accept returns on opened products. Personalized pet memorials are made just for you and can’t be returned or resold.
If something isn’t right
If your order arrives damaged, or we made a mistake, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.
