Pure by nature. Made by hand.
Organic soaps, scrubs and keepsakes, handcrafted in small batches in the USA.
Skincare that is as kind to you as it is to look at.
Naturally Beautiful is built on a simple idea: the things you put on your skin every day should be made from ingredients you can pronounce. Every soap, scrub and hair bar we make starts with organic plant oils, butters and botanicals, is mixed by hand in small batches, and is made right here in the USA.
We skip harsh detergents and fillers, and we list every ingredient on the label so you always know what you are getting. The result is skincare that cleans gently, leaves your skin soft, and smells like something you actually want to wear.

Clean ingredients your skin will notice
Commercial bars are often detergent blocks that strip your skin and leave it tight. Ours are made the slow way, from organic oils and butters, so they clean without taking everything with them.
- Gentle on every skin type. Mild enough for daily use on hands, face and body.
- Less plastic in your shower. Shampoo and conditioner bars replace bottles entirely.
- Supports American makers. Every product is handmade here in the USA.
Plant oils & butters
Rich, conditioning oils and butters give a creamy lather and leave a soft, moisturized feel.
Real sugar
Our foaming scrubs use sugar crystals that buff away dry skin, then dissolve as you rinse.
Botanical blends
Fragrances chosen to be lovely without being loud, plus unscented options for sensitive skin.
Nothing hidden
No harsh detergents, no fillers, no mystery ingredients. If it’s in the jar, it’s on the label.
Shop by scent family
From Strawberry Macaron to earthy sandalwood — or nothing at all for sensitive skin.
A gentle place to remember them
Our handmade memorial gardens are small glass-and-wood greenhouses filled with moss, flowers and soft fairy lights, built around a keepsake box with your companion’s name. Each one is made to order and finished by hand.
- Personalized nameplate. We send a proof before anything is engraved.
- Warm, lighted display. Fairy lights glow through the glass in the evening.
- Made with care. Tell us their favorite colors or flowers and we’ll work them in.

What goes into what we make
Is everything you make really organic?
We build every recipe around organic plant oils, butters and botanicals, and we list every ingredient on the label so you can check for yourself. That transparency matters, because "organic" on a soap or scrub is not a word the FDA defines.
Who regulates the word "organic"?
The FDA states that the term "organic" is not defined in the federal cosmetics law or in the regulations it enforces. Instead, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Organic Program certifies that agricultural ingredients were grown and handled to its organic standard. A cosmetic that makes an organic claim has to follow both sets of rules: USDA's for the organic claim, and FDA's for labeling and safety.
What that means for you
- Read the ingredient list, not just the front of the jar. It tells you what is actually inside.
- If a product shows the USDA Organic seal, it has gone through USDA certification. Without the seal, "organic" describes the ingredients the maker chose.

What does "Made in the USA" mean on your products?
Every soap, scrub, hair bar and memorial we sell is mixed, poured, built and finished by hand in our own workshop in the United States.
The federal standard
The Federal Trade Commission holds "Made in USA" claims to a strict standard: the product must be "all or virtually all" made in the United States. That means final assembly or processing happens here, all significant processing happens here, and all or virtually all ingredients or components are made and sourced here. The FTC's Made in USA Labeling Rule is codified at 16 C.F.R. Part 323.
We take that standard seriously, which is why the claim appears on our labels and on this site.

Is your bar soap "real" soap, or a detergent bar?
Our bars are true soap: plant oils and butters combined with an alkali, then cured until the reaction is complete. No lye remains in the finished bar. Many supermarket "beauty bars" are synthetic detergents instead, which is part of why they can leave skin feeling tight.
How the government tells them apart
The FDA explains that a product counts as "soap" under its definition when most of its nonvolatile matter is an alkali salt of fatty acids, and it is labeled, sold and represented solely as soap. True soap under that definition is regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission rather than the FDA.
Once a soap is marketed for other cosmetic purposes, such as moisturizing the skin or imparting fragrance, the FDA treats it as a cosmetic. Detergent bars are cosmetics too. Either way, we label honestly and list every ingredient.

Are handmade skincare products regulated?
Yes. Our scrubs, hair bars and scented or moisturizing soaps are cosmetics under federal law, and they have to be safe and properly labeled, just like products from a large brand.
The Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act
In 2022 Congress passed the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MoCRA), the biggest update to U.S. cosmetics law in decades. It added requirements such as facility registration, product listing, and reporting serious adverse events to the FDA within 15 business days. MoCRA exempts certain small businesses from some of the registration, listing and manufacturing-practice requirements, but every maker remains responsible for product safety and accurate labels.
